How it works
Bid in $ACQUIRED. Earn in SOL.
Every word on the board earns a fixed share of the coin’s creator fees. Win a word at auction and its share is paid to you in SOL at the end of every five-minute round, for as long as you hold it.

Get $ACQUIRED and connect your wallet.
All bids are made in $ACQUIRED, the coin’s pump.fun token. Buy some on pump.fun, then click Connect wallet at the top of the page to link a Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. Keep a little SOL in the wallet as well, to pay network fees.

Pick a word.
Each word earns a fixed share of the creator fees, and together the shares add up to 100%. The bigger a word looks on the board, the bigger its share: memecoin earns 25%, hodl, moon and lambo 8% each, down to 2% for the smallest words. Hover over a word to see its share, what it has earned so far and its current bid. Grey words have no bids yet, black words have been bid on, and glowing words have a holder.

Place your bid.
Click a word and enter an amount. A word nobody has held yet opens at 100,000 $ACQUIRED for every 1% of fee share, so a 5% word starts at 500,000 and memecoin at 2,500,000. After that, each bid has to beat the current top bid by at least 10,000. If the word already has a holder, the first bid of the round has to beat what they paid. When you bid, your tokens move out of your wallet and into the auction. You approve one transaction and pay its network fee.

Outbid? Your tokens come straight back.
When someone beats your bid, the same transaction returns your $ACQUIRED to your wallet in full. Nothing is left waiting in the auction and there’s nothing to claim. If you still want the word, just bid again.

The round ends and the top bid wins.
Every word is auctioned at the same time, in rounds of five minutes. The countdown is shown in Current bids above. When it reaches zero, the top bidder on each word becomes its holder, the winning $ACQUIRED is burned (it goes to the fee wallet and on to the burn address at the bottom of this page), and the next round starts straight away. The new holder earns from that next round on.

Earn SOL every round.
As people trade the coin on pump.fun, it collects creator fees in SOL. At the end of each round, only the fees collected during that five-minute round are split between the holders by fee share. Hold memecoin and you get 25% of that round’s fees; hold a 5% word and you get 5%. The share of any word nobody holds stays in the fee wallet. Every payout appears in the Latest payouts ribbon at the top of the page, with a link to the transaction on Solscan.

Keep your word until someone outbids you.
You don’t have to win your word again each round. It stays yours, earning every round, until someone outbids you in a later round, and they have to beat the price you paid. That means a word’s price can only go up. If someone bids on your word, you can bid on it too to keep it.
